Ice Land at Moody Gardens
Have you ever slid down an ice slide? Me neither, but it sounds exciting! You’ll stare in awe at 2 million pounds of ice carved by talented ice sculptors and take part in a festive journey that’ll take you around the world as you travel from Russia and Egypt to China and beyond and see how other cultures celebrate the holiday season. Magical Winter Lights
Showing now thru January 5, at Gulf Greyhound Park, the Magical Winter Lights show returns for its fifth year this winter. The 52-day festival is one of the largest holiday lighting events in Houston, and is the largest lantern festival of its kind in the United States. This year’s festival will also include a Holiday Market Square where guests will have a chance to explore the festival food court and shopping areas.
